To help us resolve things quickly, please include: your account email, what you were trying to do, the payment method involved (Bitcoin Lightning, USDT TRC-20, or USDT ERC-20), and the date/time. Never share your private keys or wallet seed phrase with anyone — LongPay will never ask for them.

Common questions

Is LongPay custodial? No. Payments go straight to your own wallet addresses; we never hold your funds or keys.

A payment didn’t show up. On-chain payments can take time to confirm. Check the amount matches and the correct network was used, then contact us with the transaction details.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
